Directions
Fill a tall glass 2/3 up with crushed ice
Combine all the ingredients
Swizzle with a swizzle stick or a bar spoon until the glass gets cold
Top with crushed ice
Add garnish: a green ice cube (made from water, absinthe, mint liqueur and shredded mint leaves) plus a whole star anise. Stick in a straw.
