Xpress Yaself Double Shot is a hair of the dog morning after wake up cocktail with double the coffee and double the whiskey. Subtly sweet and served chilled. Inspiration is from the way I like my bourbon and my coffee…strong! This cocktail is an Xpression of myself and a homage to my roots of bourbon and love of coffee…and peanut butter.

Ingredients

 0.75 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 0.75 oz Peanut Butter Whiskey(Skrewball)
 1 oz Bourbon Whiskey(Old Forester 1920)
 1 oz Espresso Shot

Directions

Make a 1oz shot of espresso and set aside

Measure .75oz of Mr. Black and add to a mixing glass

Measure .75oz of Skrewball Peanut butter whiskey and add to the mixing glass

Measure 1 oz Old Forester 1920 Bourbon (or other High proof bourbon of your choice) and add to the mixing glass

Add the espresso shot to mixing glass

Optional step; carve a large ice block into a coffee bean shape and set in a 4oz double wall cappuccino cup

Add one block ice cube to the mixing glass and stir for 15-20 seconds to chill.

Pour over the coffee bean carved ice cube in the cappuccino cup
