These strong, disparate flavor profiles work surprisingly well together. The Drambuie’s earthy hay and warm herbal honey brighten the bold espresso and chocolate of the Mr Black. The prosecco brings bright, dry pear and subtle honeydew notes, emphasizing the fruit in the coffee and further emphasized by the pear eau de vie, which itself is floral and rich, tying back around again to the Drambuie. Bold and balanced, this is a fruity and refreshing addition to any brunch or after-dinner gathering.

Top with prosecco.
