This is a cocktail you can sink into like an armchair (hence the name!). I designed it to celebrate Mr Black in a sophisticated, silky smooth, stirred format, pairing deep, bittersweet coffee with the oaky vanilla and mellow grains of bourbon. Notes of baking spices and nuts bring cosy autumn vibes, while dry sherry acidity and bright citrus oils keep the delicious balance.
Ingredients
50 ml Bourbon Whiskey
22.50 ml Oloroso sherry
15 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
15 ml Cinnamon-infused simple syrup (1:1)
1 dash Black walnut bitters
1 dash Angostura bitters
