A rich, warm cocktail focused on the interplay between various backing spices, coffee, and rich dark rum notes. The evolution is long and complex, highlighted by notes of vanilla, cold brew coffee, and allspice. Named for the infamous scene from When Harry Met Sally.

Ingredients

 30 ml Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
 20 ml Jamaican Aged RumCoruba
 10 ml Allspice Dram
 20 ml Lime Juice
 25 ml Semi-rich Vanilla Chai Syrup *

Directions

Add ingredients to tin.

Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.

Double strain into Nick & Nora Glass.

Garnish with Candied Cinnamon-Orange Wheel (optional)

Steep 2 vanilla chai tea bags in 100 ml of hot water for 10 minutes. Add 150 ml demerara sugar.
