Named after the Ultra-Black coating that absorbs 99% of all visible light.

A stirred down amalgamation of my favourite flavour profiles. A bold and boozy libation with a toasty and cloying finish.



 30 ml Mr.Black
 30 ml Diplomatico Gran Reserva
 25 ml Dom Benedictine
 15 ml Oloroso Sherry
 5 ml Muscovado Syrup
 1 dash Angostura Bitters
 1 dash Orange Bitters



Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, stir down until you achieve an added 1/3 of dilution.


Rim the glass with a Sugar, Coffee, Orange zest and Wattleseed powder blend.
