Majority of us have missed out on a good vacation due to the pandemic. This cocktail will take you away to a tropical sunny beach. I love lychee in any cocktail but never had it with a tiki style one. I had some fresh passionfruit from my aunt’s garden which I thought would go well with lychee. I used a white rum to let all the other flavors shine.
Ingredients
1.50 oz White Rum
0.50 oz Mr. Black Amaro
0.75 oz Lychee Liqueur(Soho)
0.50 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 Pulp of 1 fresh passionfruit
Directions

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice

Shake well and strain into tiki glass with pebble ice

Garnish with lychee, lime, and a cocktail umbrella
