Inspired by the slightly left field pairing that is coffee & berries, I sought to create something that brought this pairing to the foreground. It’s light on alcohol, but is a balanced & fruit-forward cocktail with a lovely coffee kick.
Add all ingredients, except the Wattleseed Powder to a cocktail shaker.
Shake with ice.
Double Strain into a latte glass.
Dust with Toasted Wattleseed Powder.
