It tastes like what I think campfire embers would taste like (in the split second before you burn your tastebuds off). Started off as a boulevardier riff and evolved into ... this. Make the chilli tincture by soaking chillies in 95% alcohol for a few days then strain.

Ingredients

 45 ml Reposado Tequila (Espolon)
 30 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 15 ml White Creme de Cacao(See Steve the Bartender's recipe on YouTube)
 7.50 ml Mezcal (Vida)
 2 dashes Tobacco Bitters
 1 drop Chilli Tincture(Bitter Queens)

Directions

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass

Add ice to the mixing glass

Stir until chilled

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

5

Drink
