Inspired by beloved Thai iced coffee, this drink is a good way to wind down (or back up) after a luxurious meal. Lightly spiced with a subtle punch from bourbon, this drink is a delight.
With Boston or Japanese Shaker Shake all ingredients with ice to combine.
Strain into highball glass with ice.
• 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
• 7 black cardamom pods
• 1 cinnamon stick
• I cup water
• 1 cup demerrara sugar
Combine all ingredients in sauce pan, bring to a boil. Let steep for 5 minutes. Strain syrup into bottle or container. Let cool.
