As a bartender ,night is my daylight. To present different side of coffee ,I choose to combine tropical elements ,and there is the cocktail "Tropical White Night". Showing the tropical taste, I use the lemongrass flavor of the Bobby's gin and add allspice liqueur. The cinnamon and clove flavor of the gin just also match with the Mr.Black coffee liqueur. Tamarind and pineapple ,which is iconic fruit in Taiwan, make this cocktail more fresh. Let's start the night with this coffee cocktail!
Combine all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker
Shake with ice
Strain into a chilled rock glass or a mug with ice
Garnish with caramel dried pineapple
Homemade tamarind syrup : Boiled 100g tamarind with 300ml water 10minutes to get tamarind juice . Filter it and add 80% white sugar of juice. Heat it until sugar dissolved completely.
