This cocktail was inspired by my dad who loves orange chocolate, and in particular, Jaffa cakes. Growing up he used to dip his Jaffas in his coffee. I wanted to create a cocktail for him that would commemorate how he spent some of our nights growing up. The name and picture inspiration come from an iconic silly advertisement from the 90's where a teacher is showing her class the phases of the moon. Full moon, half moon... Total Eclipse!
Ingredients
1 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Wheated Bourbon Whiskey(Weller's antique 107)
0.75 oz Orange Liqueur(Grand Marnier)
0.25 oz Demerara syrup
6 dashes Fee brothers Aztec chocolate
Directions

Add all ingredients to mixing glass with fresh ice

Stir for 20 seconds

Pour over large ice cube in an old fashioned glass.

Express orange peel garnish over flame into glass. Rub orange oils on glass rim
