My cocktail is a modern take on a Tiramisu, an Italian restaurant classic whether it be a dessert or in liquid form. I wanted to make it a drink that was going to deliver real flavor rather than serving with artificial sweeteners. Growing up working in my family’s restaurant, I would watch my father make Tiramisu from time to time , and the ingredients I have chosen are inspired by what we would put in our Tiramisu and the things that surround it ; coffee, amaro, chocolate, after dinner.



 1 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 0.75 oz Coffee Vermouth(Mancino Kopi)
 0.75 oz Cacao(Tempus Fugit)
 0.25 oz Mr. Black Coffee Amaro
 0.25 oz White Amaretto(Opera)
 1 dash Chocolate Bitters(Bitter Truth)
 2 tsp Mascarpone
 0.75 oz Fresh Espresso



Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake very hard.


Double Strain into a frozen coupe glass


Garnish: Grated Dark Valrhona Chocolate & Cocoa Powder
