I love the challenge of trying new combinations of ingredients and playing with different flavors and nuances.
But the most important thing is the excitement and anticipation in watching people try my cocktails and see their faces light up when they like them.

Ingredients

 45 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 22.50 ml Aged Rum(Diplomatico Botucal Mantuano)
 15 ml French Aperitif(Pineau des Charentes)
 7.50 ml Lemon Juice
 7.50 ml Acacia Honey
 22.50 ml Lapacho Bark Tea (Pau D'Arco Tea)

Directions

combine all ingredients without ice

pour into 1 oz of milk 3,5 % (or higher) and stir strongly for a short time

let all ingredients rest for 30-60 minutes minimum

filter twice through coffee filter bag (or cloth strainer) until it's clear and completely free of suspended matter

stir over ice then strain into a Rocks Glass over a large ice cube

garnish with lemon twist
