Inspired by one of my favorite foods, raspberries, I set out to create a berry-coffee concoction for late night indulgence. Deep nightcap flavors of coffee and brandy to cut through sweet berry cream to form a thick, unique potion.

Ingredients
Directions
Muddle the berries in a small bowl.
Add the muddled berries and all other ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
Shake until the moment that the ice cream becomes completely melted.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Grate semi-sweet chocolate over the top and garnish with a berry spear. Enjoy!
(TIP: I had a lot of berry seeds, so I used a bigger colander instead of my normal cocktail mesh strainer.)
