I love cold americanos. there's a coffee shop on my block that sells sage cookies and I always get them with my coffee. I love this combination, I think the flavors go well together and blend in the mouth. I decided to try to combine them in a cocktail. because what's better then taking two flavors that don't intuitively go well together and combine them into a great cocktail.
The name is a play on the word sage and its double meaning.
