This cocktail is a refreshing take on the White Russian. I am a huge fan of silly cinema and took inspiration from two of my favorites (The Big Lebowski and EuroTrip) led to the creation of this cocktail. The base of this cocktail is Mr. Black and Vodka stirred in the glass. A cold foam float frothed up using whipping cream and Absinthe.

Ingredients
1.50 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Vodka
1.50 oz Whipping Cream
1 oz Absinthe
Directions

Stir the Mr. Black and Vodka in the glass on a rock of ice

Froth up the whipping cream and absinthe to create a cold foam
(I used the attachment in our espresso machine)

Pour on the back of a spoon to float the cold foam in the glass
sounds delicious!
