Bourbon and coffee are a great match and throw together with some spiced and herbs the coffee just shines. The soda in this helps carry those flavours around the palate.
Ingredients
1.50 oz Bourbon Whiskey(Woodford)
1 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
0.75 oz Sweet vermouth(Cocchi di Torino)
1 dash Chocolate bitters
1.50 oz Soda water

Into a mixing glass add all ingredients except the soda

stir to combine and chill

pour into a glass with a chunk of ice
