This cocktail is inspired by coffee, I love working with Mr.Black and mixing perfectly balanced drinks while experimenting using locally sourced ingredients. Combining Mr.Blacks bittersweet masterpiece of big coffee flavour with a smooth Macadamia and Wattleseed Liqueur hosting flavours of Butterscotch and Cacao. Mixed with a house made Manuka Honey and Hemp syrup and shaken with a local cafes cold brew.
Introducing the ‘Mac Daddy’



 30 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 30 ml Macadamia and Wattleseed Liqueur (Brookie’s)
 15 ml Australian Manuka Honey and Hemp Syrup
 60 ml Cold Brew Coffee(Frankies)
 3 Gold Dusted Coffee Beans



Fill a Boston Shaker with whole ice.


Add all ingredients.


Shake, then shake a little more.


Dump all ingredients into a highball glass.


Top with crushed ice and garnish with three gold dusted coffee beans.


Add two bio drinking straws and enjoy.
