The Last mocha is a play on The Last Word and the 20th Century Cocktail with a coffee twist! I love the way that Gin pairs with Green Chartreuse and creme de cacao, and coffee plays beautifully with those flavors as well, so I wanted to introduce Mr. Black to the party. The resulting cocktail has all of the complexity of Chartreuse and all of the comfort of Mr. Black and creme de cacao, without losing the gorgeous bouquet of flavors that the gin offers.
