One day the rich rye spicy notes met the fruity ones from the rum... but that was only the beginning. In their journey they immediately found the strength of Mr Black, and shortly after the aromatic combination of the hibiscus homemade liquor with a touch of honey and a very special blend of teas.
From that day they always walked together.
Simply irresistible!



 1.75 oz Rye WHiskey(Redemption Rye Cask)
 1 oz Hibiscus Liquor
 0.50 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 0.50 oz Tea syrup
 0.25 oz Honey syrup (1:1)



Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.


Add ice, and stir for 20/30 seconds.


Strain into a chilled glass with an ice cube.
Garnish with three hibiscus flowers.

Hibisucs Liquor

0.5 cup of hibiscus flowers, 6oz of ever clear, 7oz of water, half a cinnamon stick, 5 cloves, 1 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1 full lemon and 1 full orange zests.
Steep for 3 hours.
Filter and add 13oz of simple syrup.

Tea Syrup

3:1 ratio of black early grey tea and citrus green tea.
Steep for 5 minutes and then filter it.
Add 1:1 ratio of simple syrup and bottle it.
