I'm a huge fan of the Irish coffee, and traditionally its a warm rich drink. I wanted to create a lighter cold version of this but with a slight tropical vide but in keeping with the DNA of the original.
Ingredients
1.50 oz Irish Whiskey(Jameson Stout Edition)
0.75 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
0.50 oz Banane du Bresil Liqueur(Giffard)
0.25 oz Maple Syrup
1 dash Aromatic Bitters
1 oz Slightly whipped single cream

Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass EXCEPT the cream.

add ice and stir 30 times to chill and dilute

strain into a glass with crushed ice 3/4 full

add more ice to fill level to the glass

pour over the cream
