The Day After Amaro is a Manhattan riff, loosely named from the film "The Day After Tomorrow" - 2004.
As soon as I saw Mr. Black was releasing the Coffee Amaro, I started to wonder how I could incorporate it into one of my favorite cocktail recipes. The coffee Amaro adds a whole new dimension to a timeless classic, and it is now one of my go-to cocktails!

Ingredients
2 oz Rye Whiskey(Old Forester)
1 oz Mr Black Coffee Amaro
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Directions

Add ingredients to a mixing glass, over ice

Stir until chilled

Strain into a rocks glass

Garnish with an orange peel
