This Mr. Black cocktail is inspired by the many cinnamon-flavored coffees that so many people enjoy. It uses egg whites to better integrate the cream into the cocktail.

Ingredients

 20 ml Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
 30 ml Aged Caribbean Rum
 5 ml Cinnamon Schnapps
 5 ml Egg whites
 5 ml Cream (heavy whipping cream)
 5 ml Rich simple syrup (2.5:1 if available, 2:1 if not)

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients except for the egg whites and cream into a mixing glass and set aside

Combine the egg whites and cream into the tin of a Hamilton Beach-style blender and blend for approximately 30 seconds

Add the other ingredients from the mixing glass into the blender tin

Add approximately 135 to 150 ml of cubed ice

Blend in Hamilton Beach-style blender for approximately 10-15 seconds (less if the ice is wet)

Double strain into Nick and Nora glass (or other glass suitable for a two-ounce build)

Grate cinnamon over the drink as a garnish

(If you want to convert the cocktail to a three-ounce build, the proportions make it easy to multiply each ingredient by 1.5)
