The name says it all, it tastes like a traditional Italian-American chocolate spice Christmas cookie - just not a sweet. I was experimenting with coffee, chocolate, and spice when I realized what this tasted like. Christmas!

Ingredients

 30 ml Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee liqueur
 30 ml Brandy or Cognac
 15 ml Cinnamon Spiced Syrup (Homemade with Allspice and Nutmeg)
 3 ml Bitter Truth Chocolate Bitters

Directions

Combine ingredients in a shaker

Shake with ice using large cubes so as not to overdilute.

Double Strain into a Cocktail Glass or Coupe.

Garnish with a thin strip of 70% dark chocolate and (option) dusting of cinnamon. Some find the cinnamon too dry and biting, so it's optional.

    I’ve considered a variation on this that uses 15ml of St. Elizabeth’s Allspice Dram.
