My invention: The “Blue Russian”. A take on the White Russian cocktail. I wanted to change up the color and elevate the typical texture for a fun presentation. Creating a colored stable alternative-milk-based foam was the trick. I was inspired by my wife as her favorite color is Blue and favorite cocktail is a “White Russian”, so I thought I’d make something special for her on our anniversary.
