Named after Pirates of the Caribbean's infamous vessel, this drink includes a rich blend of Caribbean exports; rum, banana, lemon, molasses, nuts, and (of course) coffee! Add a bit of "gunpowder" (a.k.a. charcoal) and top with a ship & a "palm tree" to transport yourself straight into the swashbuckling world of Jack Sparrow and crew.

 ¾ oz Demerara Rum(El Dorado 5)
 1 oz Crème de Banana
1 oz Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur
 ¾ oz Rum(Bacardi Reserva Ocho)
 ¼ oz Lemon juice
 ¼ oz Molasses simple syrup
 3 drops Almond extract
 1 tsp Hazelnut liqueur(Frangelico)
 ¼ tsp Activated charcoal

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.

Add approx. 12 oz of crushed ice and shake.

Open pour into a double old fashioned glass with a gated finish (i.e. pour straight from the tin into the glass, adding a strainer for the last 1/4 of the pour if you have too much ice).

Garnish with a fruit "ship" and a sprig of mint. Enjoy!
