This cocktail was inspired by the classic coffee drink, the au lait, and the St Patrick's day special, the irish breakfast shot.

Ingredients

 0.50 oz Bourbon Whiskey(Woodford Reserve)
 2.50 oz Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur
 1 tsp Real Maple Syrup
 3 oz Cereal Milk (I used Chrisina Tosi's cornflake based recipe)
 1 stick Candied Bacon
 1 pinch Instant Espresso Powder

Directions

In a mixing glass combine the bourbon, coffee liqueur, and maple syrup and stir undiluted (no ice)

Fill a Collin's glass with ice

Pour the contents of the mixing glass into the awaiting vessel

Top with the cereal milk approx 3 oz

Garnish with a strip of candied bacon and a pinch of instant espresso powder
