This cocktail base on classic cocktail Espresso Martini and Aviation, but interesting about on top foam. In Taiwan many people drinks a lot of tea, whatever, morning, afternoon or night. So I decide use Mr.Black excellence and natural coffee liqueur create full of spiced, fruity and herb cocktail. This cocktail is easy to make, that enjoy it!

Directions
Combine all the ingredients into your mixing glass.
Pour over ice and stir slow about 5-10 second.
Pour over cocktail into your favorite glass.
Squeeze out Oolong tea foam on top.
18g Oolong tea add 300 ml hot water and put 5g Gelatin mixing well about 5 minute ,poured into a cream whipper by double strain tea leaf.add nitrogen , shake it up and refrigeration 5 minute ,then you can get it!
