Before the borders shut, my last overseas jaunt saw me exploring the bustling streets of Vietnam's capital. Sweet Dreams, Miss Hanoi is an ode to wanderlust and sweet nothings, uttered between lovers in roadside food carts.
Ingredients
45 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
45 ml Cirelli Cold Drip Coffee
45 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Egg Yolks
15 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk ( for the custard)
¼ tsp Instant Coffee
Directions

Whisk the yolks, 15ml condensed milk and instant coffee until light in colour, and fluffy in texture. Set aside.

Add equal parts Mr Black, Cirelli cold drip and condensed milk to a shaker, and proceed with a vigorous dry shake.

Add 3 ice cubes, and shake again.

Strain into glassware, over fresh ice, ensuring your wash line is a half inch from the rim.

Using the back of a spoon, top with egg yolk custard.
