This is a summery beachy cold brew coffee meets wintery whiskey sour. In Atlanta, this is the perfect drink to enjoy during that post fake fall/second summer time.
It tastes like fall with the refreshing chill of a summer drink to beat the late October heat

Ingredients
Directions
Muddle whiskey cherry at the bottom of your shaker
Add vanilla extract, chai simple syrup, cinnamon stick, egg white, coconut rum, rye whiskey, and Mr black into shaker filled with ice
Wet Shake VIGOROUSLY
Strain shaker
Dry shake VIGOROUSLY
Cinnamon sugar rim of chilled coup
Pour into coup
Garnish with orange peel, Jamaican bitters, and touch of cinnamon sugar
Either use a chai tea bag or can make the chai from scratch using:
20 black peppercorns
5 smashed cardemon pods
5 cloves
3 cinnamon sticks
3 slices fresh ginger
1 Black tea bag
