I was inspired by the classic cocktail Mary Pickford, which is one of my favorites, and decided to make something incredibly different from that origin. So I grabbed the bottle which is the most Scandinavian of all and married it with the French liqueur Suze. It's refreshing, exciting, different.
Ingredients
30 ml Aquavit
30 ml Suze
10 ml Mr Black Coffee lLqueur
45 ml Pineapple juice
5 ml Cacao (white) de creme liqueur
Directions

Shake everything with ice

Double strain into chilled glass

Grate cacao beans on tops
