Ingredients
1 oz Mezcal
1 oz Mr Black
0.50 tsp Dark Brown Sugar
6 oz Hot Coffee
1 New Mexico Chili
0.50 Cinnamon Stick
1 tbsp Softly Whipped Unsweetened Vanilla Whipped Cream
2 drops Vanilla Bitters
Directions

Combine Coffee, Cinnamon Stick, and Chili. Let infuse for thirty minutes. Strain and chill overnight.

Combine Mr Black, Mezcal, Vanilla Bitters, and Dark Brown Sugar in rocks glass.

Add large ice cube.

Top with infused coffee.

Add dollop of whipped cream.

Garnish with chili powder.
