One of my family's favorite places to visit are the amusement parks, but given the events of the past year and a half, all of the fun and food we look so forward to has been on hold. This cocktail is inspired by a staple of a good day at the amusement park: churros! To make this drink a little more grown up, it has a spicy twist and, of course, Mr Black's coffee liqueur. It's a thrill ride for the tastebuds!

2 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 1 oz Vanilla almond milk
1 tbsp Hot fudge ice cream topping
  tsp Cinnamon
  tsp Cayenne

Measure the Mr Black coffee liqueur, vanilla almond milk, hot fudge topping, and cinnamon, and cayenne into a shaker cup.

Shake cup without ice first to fully blend ingredients and to avoid solidifying the hot fudge topping.

Add a few cubes of ice and shake again until outside of cup is frosty, approximately 20-30 seconds.

Pour into small rocks glass over 2-3 cubes of ice.

Optional garnish: prepare beforehand a slice of orange (variety/type of choice), dip into melted chocolate, and sprinkle with sea salt. Put in refrigerator until chocolate sets. Place orange on bamboo skewer or cocktail pick and then into glass after drink is poured.
