This cocktail was inspired by Cafe de Olla, a Mexican coffee drink flavored with cinnamon and orange and sometimes chocolate. The goal was to evoke these flavors and enhance them with some spice notes, provided by Ancho Reyes and a reposado tequila. Together, these flavors combine into more than the sum of their parts as you come to taste notes of chocolate even though there is no chocolate in the drink, as well as coffee and orange. The drink is smooth, subtly sweet, and mildly spicy.

 1 oz Reposado Tequila
1 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 ¼ oz Dry curaçao
 ¾ oz Chilli Liqueur(Ancho Reyes)
¼ oz Rich cinnamon simple syrup
