I'm a fan of White Russians and wanted to add something to the already marvellous flavours.

Using marshmallow flavoured vodka adds to the sweetness of the drink and the addition of the dark rum brings a depth with vanilla and caramel into the mix. Finally the chocolate bitters and Mr Black leave an aftertaste of bitter chocolate and coffee that makes you want more.

A toasted marshmallow garnish finishes off the experience with a tasty, boozy, sweet treat.

Ingredients

 30 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 15 ml Rum(Don Papa)
 60 ml Marshmallow Vodka
 60 ml Single cream
 4 dashes Chocolate bitters
 4 drops Foaming agent (stillabunt magic velvet)

Directions

Add cream, Mr Black, 30ml of marshmallow vodka and rum to a shaker with ice

Shake until combined and well chilled

Double strain into a martini glass

DO NOT DISPOSE OF ICE

Add remaining 30ml of marshmallow vodka and foaming agent to shaker

Shake until well aerated

Slowly pour foamed marshmallow vodka over center of drink

Toast a marshmallow with a blowtorch and float it on the drink
