Both smoky and sweet, this cocktail tastes like sitting out around a bonfire, eating s'mores and sipping coffee. I love making my own simple syrups and a toasted marshmallow syrup is a new favorite. The moment I made it, I knew it would pair well with the delicious Mr Black Coffee Liquor. A smoky bourbon, half and half, and some dashes of chocolate bitters help round out the flavors. The finishing touch, a warm toasted marshmallow, provides a pretty, and tasty, garnish. Enjoy!
Ingredients
1 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
2 oz Smoky Bourbon Whiskey
1 oz Toasted Marshmallow Syrup
0.50 oz Half and Half
2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
Directions

Add all ingredients into a dry shaker.

Fill shaker with ice and shake until cold.

Strain contents into a rocks glass with no ice.

Garnish with a toasted marshmallow.
