Imagine the bastard love child of a Mr. Bali Hai and a Penicillin with a hint of chili spice.
I have a weak spot for coffee and Tiki drinks, so the amalgamation came to me easily.

Any combination of ginger, coffee or pineapple already work together perfectly. Throw all 3 of them together with a whisp of chili to expect a spice explosion up front with a complex fruity and tart, slightly bitter coffee finish with some floral and sweet agave notes.
This drink really whips up all your taste buds.

Ingredients

 1 ½ oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 1 oz Tequila Reposado
 ¼ oz Chilli Liqueur
 1 oz Pineapple Juice
 ¾ oz Lime Juice
 ½ oz Homemade Ginger Syrup (1:1:1 water:sugar:ginger)
 2 dashes Hot Ginger and Habanero Bitters

Directions

Juice the lime, set aside a spent lime shell.

Shake all ingredients with ice.

Fill a double rocks glass halfway up with crushed or pebbled ice.

Strain into glass and add more ice to fill.

Garnish with the spent lime shell adorned with three coffee beans, some candied ginger on a pick and some pineapple fronds. You can add whatever the hell you like as additional garnish, it's Tiki Time, baby!
Serve with a reusable straw.
