I swapped Aperol for Mr. Black as Paper Plane is one of my favourite cocktails. Very happy with the result, Mr. Black is prominent in the taste matrix while not overpowering. Citrusy, tart, not too sweet and as such balanced. The coffee is at the forefront of the nose, with the other ingredients playing along in perfect harmony. Started off with equal parts, but decided to dial down the lemon juice just a bit. Should still be easy to remember… The name is inspired by the experimental airplane factory that developed stealth fighters, fitting for an evolved Paper Plane.

Important! There’s a typo in my recipe! The amount of lemon juice is 22,5 ml (3/4 oz), not 225 ml! I hope no one tries it with 10 times the amount of lemon juice that I intended! Best regards Øystei Rantrud

And the typo in the recipe has been fixed ?. So now the amount of lemon is correct. Cheers!
