This drink is built upon the traditional japanese umami flavours of Matcha, Sake and Rice milk and carries the double caffeine-punch from both the Matcha and Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur. It is fairly light in ABV and has a balanced and delicate flavour profile. There is nothing overpowering in this drink. Perfect start into a long night.

Matcha Milk Foam:

Add about 1/4 of a tsp. of Matcha powder to either whole milk or a vegan/non-dairy milk alternative of your choice and foam up.

Sake: You can use any type of sake. There are usually types preferably enjoyed warm or hot and ones that are commonly enjoyed cold. So you might want to prefer one that is used for drinking cold (example: Junmai Sake)
