Inspired from My Favorite Thai Desserts calls Khanom Chun (Thai Jello), Khanom Ping (Tapioca Coconut mini cookie) and Foi Tong (Egg Thread). This 3 Desserts are the perfect combination with black coffee.

Ingredients

 2 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 15 ml Vodka
 30 ml Coconut milk
 15 ml milk
 6 ml Pandan Syrup
 3 ml Jasmin Syrup
 30 ml Milk foam

Directions

Make a Milk Foam.

Add the rest ingredients to shaker and stir until Coconut milk mix well.

Add ice and shake until cold.

Double strain into martini glass.

Pour milk foam on top.

Garnish with Foi Tong (Egg Thread) and Coffee bean
