Recently I tried a Bowery Fix, which features yellow bell pepper and Mezcal, and instantly fell in love. That drink has always stayed with me, and is a broad inspiration for the Redline. I elected to use the sweeter red bell pepper to pair with Mr. Black, enhanced with the smoky, earthy, and funky black cardamom complementing a medium smoke Mezcal. The bell pepper slice garnish is reminiscent of the hitting the redline on a vehicle which, like this cocktail, is sure to deliver a thrill.
Ingredients
30 ml Mezcal(Montelobos Espadin)
20 ml Mr Black Cold Brew Liqueur
20 ml Red bell pepper juice
10 ml Black cardamom simple (1:1)
2 dashes Orange bitters
1 dash 20% Saline solution
Directions

Place a large cube of ice in a rocks glass

Build drink by adding each ingredient in the glass over the big rock

Garnish with thinly sliced red bell pepper
Really like this one. I subbed the bell pepper juice for canola oil and I thought it was pretty good
