This drink is inspired by the ancient mariner rhyme, red sky at night, sailors' delight, red sky at morning sailors take warning. The dark amber color of the drink and the floral and coffee flavors are reminiscent of those red skies seen on a summer night. A perfect sipper for a warm august evening.
Ingredients
¾ oz Gin (or any citrus forward gin)(Gray Whale)
¾ oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
¾ oz Aperol
¾ oz Maraschino Liqueur(Luxardo)
2 dashes Rhubarb Bitters
Directions

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir for 30 seconds

Strain into a stemmed cocktail glass

Garnish with three coffee beans
