I wanted a simple cocktail, which is low in sugar/naturally sweet. The beetroot syrup complements/enriches the Mr Black, whilst the vodka brings a freshness.
The Rasputini name comes from the darkness of Mr Black and the Russian element comes from the Vodka.

Ingredients

 1 oz Vodka
0.50 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 0.25 oz Beetroot syrup
 3 tsp Aquafaba

Directions

1

Place the vodka and aquafaba into a shaker and dry shake well.

2

Pour into a chilled martini glass (with a strainer)

3

Place beetroot syrup and Mr Black back into the same shaker and shake well.

4

Pour into the glass (on the side, so it slips beneath the vodka/foam layer). Finish pour to it forms a Chremlin shape.

5

Garnish with a dried beetroot slice and twist a lemon peel (so oils extract over cocktail)
