Inspired by a love a seasonal pumpkin pies, Pumpkin Spiced Cold Brew, and egg white sours. I spent most of the late summer tinkering with what would be a pumpkin pie spice syrup and was very pleased with the result.



 1 oz Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
 1 oz Kentucky Trace Bourbon
 1 oz Pumpkin Pie Spiced Syrup
 1 Egg white



Seperate egg white into a tin, shake with a single cube until ice cube is gone


Add all ingredients into tin with ice


Shake and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass


Garnish with a cinnamon stick and drops of Angostura Bitters
