Either shaken or stirred, the "Princess of Percoto" is the best brunch cocktail, you will ever have. Named after the place of origin of the delicious Amaro Nonino , the cocktail combines roasted coffee notes, complex Amaro aroma, a jammy flavour and bright and bitter notes from our favourite Italian spirit - Campari. It's basically brunch in a glass, but don't be fooled! It always tastes great, whether you're in Italy or down under on the other side of the world, ain't that right, Steve? Salute!



 1 ¼ oz Amaro Nonino
 ¾ oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 ¾ oz Apricot Brandy (Dry)(Unterthurner Marille)
  oz Campari



Add all the ingredients to either a cocktail shaker or a mixing glass.


Shake the drink for eight to twelve seconds or stir it for about 30 to 40 seconds.


Strain the drink into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.


Garnish the cocktail with a flamed orange peel.
