Named after the place of origin of the delicious Amaro Nonino , the cocktail combines roasted coffee notes, complex Amaro aroma, a jammy flavour and bright and bitter notes from our favourite Italian spirit - Campari. Add all the ingredients to either a cocktail shaker or a mixing glass.
Shake the drink for eight to twelve seconds or stir it for about 30 to 40 seconds.
Strain the drink into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
Garnish the cocktail with a flamed orange peel.
