A trip to Porto inspired a bottle of port to have a permanent spot in the refrigerator alongside our bottle of Mr. Black. It’s a perfectly seasonal time to be combining the 2, along with our favorite whiskey from Westland. Fine tuned with a little orgeat and lemon juice (ode to the Army & Navy cocktail) and egg white for texture, the Portuguese Graffiti blends into a perfect after-dinner drink, just as the port, Mr. Black, or whiskey would be on its own.
