The cocktail is inspired by the moment when I started to play with all kinds of infusions and made simple tequila infusions with coffee beans and I just tried to create a cocktail.
Ingredients
40 ml Tequila caffe infusion(Olmeca Altos)
20 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
5 ml Fernet branca
60 ml Fresh pineapple juice
3 dashes Orange oleo
30 ml Lemon juice

To create this cocktail, you need to put all the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.

Then double strain it into a nick and nora glass.

Then decorate the cocktail with coffee and then just enjoy a mixture of pineapple and coffee.
