Specialty Coffee tends to have bright flavours, and great mouth feel. What better way to salute the Specialty Coffee industry than with a fruity, velvety cocktail. Coffee has also been a staple in many famous tiki drinks so the combination of Rum, Coffee Liqueur, a sweet citrus and egg white comes together to bring together the flavours of both worlds.

Ingredients

 1 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 1 oz White Rum
 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
 ¾ oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
 1 Egg White

Directions

Combine Ingredients in a shaker

Dry Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds

Add some ice and shake vigorously for a further 30 seconds

Double Strain into a coup glass (champagne coup glass)
