Ingredients
2 oz Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Orange Liqueur(Grand Mariner)
1 oz Half and half
1 tsp Simple syrup
1 pinch Baking cocoa powder

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker
